The Company will cooperate with the competent authorities to hold accountable those who are guilty of such acts. Furthermore, the Company will cooperate with any and all judicial bodies that legally request information from the Company regarding the identity of persons who publish or transmit such information or materials; by using the Site, you expressly agree to the suspension / interruption / prohibition by the Company of your access to the Site for any violation of the Site’s Terms and Conditions of Use.
To the extent that the Company decides to suspend / interrupt / prohibit your access to the Site, you undertake to: (i) immediately cease using the Site; and (ii) destroy without delay any copies made of any part of the Content.
The Company will not be liable for damages, costs, liabilities, expenses (including attorney’s fees, enforcement costs, etc.) and amounts for settlements related to any dispute, claim, or action filed by a third party against the Company as a result of: (i) your negligence, misunderstanding, error, or omission or (ii) your breach of the Site’s Terms and Conditions of Use and/or applicable laws in force.

The Company is not and cannot be held liable for any inconsistencies, unavailability, or other defects of this Website or its content.

The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content and privacy or security conditions and functionality of these third-party sites.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Company informs you that it assumes no responsibility for any part of the content of these third-party sites, and specifically, firmly informs you that it assumes no responsibility if these sites:

✓ are inaccurate, incomplete, or contain misleading information;

Furthermore, the Company does not authorize the content or any other products and services provided on such sites. No information from these aforementioned sites has been verified or guaranteed by the Company. You can return to the www.nzebexpo.ro website by clicking the “back” button in your Internet browser or by typing the site’s address.
Specifically, upon completing the registration forms on www.nzebexpo.ro, the user’s personal data will be automatically transmitted to a third-party entity, an event management service provider for the Company. The third entity manages and operates the online platform called MyConnector. The specific terms and conditions of the MyConnector application, as well as more information on how MyConnector protects personal data, can be found at: https://myconnector.ro/terms. MyConnector is authorized by NZEB HUB SRL to securely store personal data, but any processing of this data done on the platform is operated directly by NZEB HUB SRL. MyConnector is not authorized to process personal data for purposes other than facilitating their administration by the Company.
Last but not least, placing a hyperlink to the Site requires prior written authorization from the Company. If you wish to place a hyperlink to our website, you must first contact the Site manager at contact@nzebexpo.ro. The Company cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the provision of sites that are subject to a hyperlink originating from the Site and is not responsible, in any way, for the content, products, services, etc. available on these sites or originating from these sites.
The Company may, at any time and without prior notice, revise these Terms and Conditions. In relation to your obligation to comply with the Terms and Conditions of this Site upon each access, we inform you of your obligation to carefully review these Terms and Conditions periodically before accessing the Site, to be aware of the rules regarding its use.
The Company is not liable in any way in the event of a Force Majeure event, meaning any event beyond the control of the Company, its branches, affiliates, governing bodies, employees, agents of the Company, or third parties involved in the creation, production, functioning, review of the Site, which would prevent compliance with any of the obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, denial-of-service attacks, non-fulfillment of obligations by a third-party host or utility provider, unforeseen technical problems, strikes, riots, fires and any other natural events, war, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), invasion, illegal actions of third parties, armed mobilization, requisition, or embargo.
(i) Refund and Cancellation Policy
All conference and event registrations are entirely non-refundable. Your ticket remains the property of the Company and is a revocable personal license, which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time.
It is strictly forbidden for any company, organization, or participant to attempt to host or organize any event in connection with, adjacent to, or claiming to be related to events organized by the Company or its affiliates without the express prior permission and cooperation of NZEB HUB S.R.L.
In case of violation of these terms, any tickets purchased by the organizer and their affiliates will be automatically canceled, without refund, and the Company may also seek damages.
Purchased tickets are for your personal or business use only and may not be resold or transferred under any circumstances for commercial gain, including, but not limited to, use as part of any promotion or competition.
In the event of any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or entity we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker.
The Company reserves the right to refuse admission to any event or conference for any behavior it deems unacceptable, or for breach of the terms and conditions. The Company will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment at events and conferences is prohibited. You agree to be filmed and sound recorded as participants at any event or conference.
The Company will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property, however caused (except for death or personal injury resulting from the Company’s negligence or for any other type of liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law). Name changes will be facilitated free of charge up to 30 days before the event starts.
No name changes will be facilitated within 7 days before the event starts. For registration inquiries or assistance with any registration issue, please contact us at contact@nzebexpo.ro.
At the event, it is not permitted under any circumstances to distribute flyers/brochures as a visitor without the written consent of the organizers. Otherwise, the participant will be excluded from the event.
(ii) Event Replacement, Modification, Cancellation, and Postponement Policy
The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the replacement, modification, cancellation, or postponement of an event. The Company assumes no liability in the event that an event is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to an unforeseen event, an act of God, an unexpected event, or any other event that makes the conduct of an event impossible, illegal, or impracticable. For the purpose of this clause, an unforeseen event will include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather, or other emergency.
Please note that while speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publication, circumstances beyond the organizers’ control may require substitutions, modifications, or cancellations of speakers and/or topics. As such, the Company reserves the right to change or modify promoted speakers and/or topics, if necessary, without any liability to you. Any substitutions or changes will be updated on our webpage as soon as possible.
Once a purchase transaction has been successfully completed, tickets are delivered as an electronic copy via email to the buyer’s designated email address. For some ticket types, it may be necessary to complete the required information – such as the participant’s name – before tickets can be issued. The ticket acts as a receipt for the transaction and can be used to redeem entry to the event mentioned on the ticket. For event registration, a printed ticket or an electronic ticket, detailing the reference number, can be used.

These Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the use of the Site itself, are governed by the laws of Romania. The competent courts of general jurisdiction in Romania will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising from or relating to or in connection with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and/or the Site Content, or in the case of disputes where these Terms and Conditions and/or this Site will be considered relevant facts for such disputes.
Continued use of our Site signifies your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site. Continued use of the Site implies your express agreement to the provisions mentioned in this document, generically referred to as “Terms and Conditions of use of the www.nzebexpo.ro site.”
